Cork Transfers When Staying With A Host Family

Included in your accommodation fee

When you book a host family stay, you will be met at your point of arrival in Cork by your host. They can pick you up from Cork Airport, the train station, or the bus station — there is no additional charge for this service.

Your host will also drop you at your point of departure from Cork at the end of your stay with them. If you are remaining in Cork city, they will drop you at your next accommodation address.

Transfer Availability Transfers are available between 08:00 and 00:00 (midnight), on Saturdays and Sundays only.

Arrivals and Transfers: Host family stays are booked from Saturday to Saturday, or Sunday to Sunday. Arrivals and transfers must fall between 08:00 and 00:00 midnight on those days.

Please note: late-night or mid-week arrivals are not permitted. If you are arriving mid-week or late at night, please book a hostel in Cork for that night — your host family can then pick you up from there over the weekend.

Transfers Where Other Accommodation Is Booked

There are no pre-arranged transfer options with apartment bookings. However, there is a taxi rank at Cork Airport Arrivals and at the Aircoach bus stop in Cork City. Students can easily take a taxi upon arrival and simply provide the driver with their accommodation address.
