Students booking directly with the school can make installment payments as long as the total fees are paid at least 4 weeks before you course start date.

Students booking through a language travel agency should contact their travel agency for payment plans and options.

2. Card Payment Online

TransferMate – a safe and secure online payment method for international students.

  • Pay via: Wire transfer, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay, Alipay, Union Pay, SoFort, Trustly, and more.
  • Log-on to : https://corkenglishacademy.transfermateeducation.com/ and register your details.
  • Choose Wire Transfer (please allow 3 to 5 business days to reach Cork English Academy) or Credit Card (please allow 7 to 8 business days to reach Cork English Academy)
  • You can track your payment in real time by logging into your Transfermate account with your username and password
  • If you are paying via bank transfer, please make your payment to the instructed bank account (please allow 3 to 5 business days to reach Cork English Academy).
  • NOTE: Students from Brazil and China will be required to send supporting documents. Please follow the instructions provided.
  • Once funds are received, payment is transferred Cork English Academy
  • Confirmation of payment is emailed to both you and Cork English Academy

3. Card Payment at the School

If currently in Cork you can pay in person by card at the school reception desk.
