Payment Instructions

• Please note that your payment options and payment due dates will be provided on your official invoice.
• A quotation PDF is not an official invoice. Kindly refrain from making any payments until you have received your official invoice.
• Be sure to use your unique invoice number as the payment reference.

Direct Bookings

Students who book directly with the school may make installment payments, as long as the total fees are paid in full at least 28 days (4 weeks) before the course start date.

Agency Bookings

Students who book through a language travel agency should contact the agency directly for details on available payment plans and options.

Payment Options

1. Online Card Payment

Use this secure card payment link to make payments directly to the school. Please have your invoice number at hand when ready to make a payment. You will need to use your invoice number as payment reference.

Usual processing time 1 to 2 days but varies depending on banks.

If paying by secure card payment link: No further action required as we will receive an automatic payment notification for your online payment.

Card Payment at the School

If currently in Cork you can pay in person by card at the school reception desk.

2. Bank Transfer

If paying by bank transfer: Email us a proof of payment (bank receipt, PDF or screengrab of an online transaction). This will help us track your payment.

A safe and secure payment method for international students. There are 2 payment options via Transfermate (Wire Transfer and Credit Card).

1. Wire Transfer Option: Usual processing time 3 to 5 days but varies depending on banks.

• This Wire Transfer Option through Transfermate currently seems to be a good option for all students including those from Argentina who may have difficulty with other payment methods.
• Students from Brazil and China will be required to send supporting documents. 
• If you are paying via wire transfer, please make your payment to the instructed bank account.

2. Credit Card Option: Usual processing time 7 to 8 days but varies depending on banks.

• If paying by credit card, simply enter your card details.
• Confirm your personal details and “Save and Confirm” your payment to complete the booking.
• TransferMate accepts: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay, Alipay, Union Pay, SoFort, Trustly and more.
• You can track your payment in real time by logging into your Transfermate account with your username and password.
