Shared Apartments

Cork English Academy has teamed up with Viva Ireland, a trusted provider of shared apartment accommodations in Cork City, to offer you convenient housing options upon arrival.

Most students at Cork English Academy initially book 4 to 8 weeks of accommodation through the school. If they plan to stay longer in Cork, they typically arrange their own housing once they become more familiar with the city.

Self-Catering: You will have access to a shared living area and kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals.

Proximity to School: The accommodation is within a 15-minute walking distance from the school.

Included Amenities: Utility bills, TV, Wi-Fi, one duvet, and a set of bed linen are included.

Laundry Facilities: Access to laundry facilities is available for your convenience.

Booking Requirements: A minimum booking of 2 weeks is required. However we strongly advise booking at least 4.

Arrival Days: Check-in date is available on Saturdays or Sundays only.

Self Check-In: You can enjoy flexible check-in time with a key box available 24 hour.

Cleaning Services: Viva Ireland provides a clean room with fresh linen and conducts biweekly cleanings of the common areas. However, all guests are responsible for contributing to regular household chores to maintain an acceptable level of cleanliness and order.

Rooms

Single Room: A private room for one guest.

Twin Room: A twin room shared apartment can accommodate one student booking a single bed, or two students traveling together can book the entire room.

Double Room: This room is exclusively for couples traveling together.

Single Room with Private Bathroom: Available only for accommodation bookings of 8 weeks or more.

Security Deposits

1 to 7 week bookings: €100 (refundable)

8 or more week bookings: €300 (refundable)

Viva Ireland will send you an email on your check-in date which will contain a link to complete the security deposit authorization. The easiest way is to complete the payment by card, which is an authorization only. No fees will be deducted from the card if you have left the accommodation as you found it without issues.
