25 Week + 25 Week Holiday Programme
Non-EU students wishing to study English in Ireland for a period of over 90 days must attend a course which appears on the National Qualification Authority of Ireland’s (NQAI) register of approved programmes. These approved programmes must be of at least one year’s duration inclusive of at least 25 weeks of study and in accordance with immigration regulations all students must complete an official examination during their programme.
Cork English Academy’s Academic Year Programmes are listed on the NQAI register and include 25 weeks tuition 20 hours per week and the remaining part of the year as a vacation period.
25 weeks tuition General English 20 hours per week Monday to Friday 09.00 – 13.15.
Examination options include : Cambridge First Certificate in English (FCE), ACELS Test of Interactive English (TIE) and the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
